Briar Barn Inn was redeveloped on a site formerly housing a 1930’s era roadside motel. The program includes a 30-room inn, a restaurant, and spa in a country setting just north of Boston. The distinctive farmhouse theme was carried through the architecture of the three new buildings, while the historic public facing check-in building was preserved.

The site is a popular wedding venue, with multiple outdoor social spaces that allow for a range of small and larger gatherings.
